The Scout Guide Blog post!

The lovely New Orleans editor of The Scout Guide, Taylor Morgan, wrote an eloquent blog post on our own Miss Katie Koch last week. It was so sweet and lovely I had to repost:

We love her! See all the posting / everything that Taylor has to say at the New Orleans Scout Guide website :

How many Men does it take?

Its been in her head for a long time to get it, and it started to make more sense...

Every bolt of fabric that comes in to our workroom needs to be hand checked for flaws and yardage. Thats rolls and rolls and rolls and rolls of fabric. The Measuregraph provides an efficient way to count yards and to check the fabric. It electronically feeds the fabric through the machine and over a light. So after years of pining for it, Katie Koch Work Studio finally pulled the trigger and we now can call the machine our own. "I think its one of those things I wish I would have had 17 years ago when I started my business".

And it only took 7 men to carry it in!!
